Wife bought me a pizza oven for Christmas. Struggled finding a dough we liked. I ordered the small kit for a trial and made them this weekend. Dough is EXCELLENT. It's exactly what you're looking for in a pizza dough. It takes awhile with the fermenting/proofing happening..The instructions are laid out on the website in video and reading format. You can easily make 6 personal pizzas from one kit, or 4 decent size pizzas, that you can still call "personal" if you're into that sort of thing. Ingredients are really good quality.
