I had some issues and was a little upset to say the least. As soon as Mike found out he came to my rescue, he not only explained what I could do to fix the challenges I had. He even sent me a replacement for my botched first try. I honestly didn't know I could get them on chat and on the phone. This company is absolutely fantastic at follow up and actually cares about their customers results. Something you don't see a lot of in this day and age. Now I'm truly making the best pizza dough I've ever made at home.

It's exactly what you're looking for in a pizza dough. It takes awhile with the fermenting/proofing happening..The instructions are laid out on the website in video and reading format. You can easily make 6 personal pizzas from one kit, or 4 decent size pizzas, that you can still call "personal" if you're into that sort of thing. Ingredients are really good quality.
