I have used this dough for about a year now and just reordered. I try to follow the excellent video instructions on YouTube. The crust blows away anything I've bought in store or tried to make on my own. The process is also fun! Just allow yourself some time - start the day before ideally. Great product and instruction.

I tried Prepa for the first time last week. It was a little more involved than I originally thought. That being said I rather enjoyed watching the how to videos and my attempt. Then I bought two more kits. I figured I might be an expert by the time I’m done. Definitely buy again.

To update my review from earlier today, I received an immediate response when you had realized that my email went to spam and rectified the situation right away… I stand corrected not only is the pizza dough. Fantastic so is the customer service!!!

I had some issues and was a little upset to say the least. As soon as Mike found out he came to my rescue, he not only explained what I could do to fix the challenges I had. He even sent me a replacement for my botched first try. I honestly didn't know I could get them on chat and on the phone. This company is absolutely fantastic at follow up and actually cares about their customers results. Something you don't see a lot of in this day and age. Now I'm truly making the best pizza dough I've ever made at home.
