Six Pre-Made Prepa Pizza Dough Balls (285g each)

Just made my first pizzas and this kit made it easy. Directions were easy to follow and the pizzas tasted great coming out of our new Ooni. The crust was restaurant quality!

I’ve tried everything. YouTube, classes, recipes I couldn’t ever get the taste I was going for consistently. I finally got the pizza I’ve been going for. I do large parties for my friends and family and they all say this pizza is the best. I had a ton of questions and I contacted customer service. Within a few minutes they called me and talked me through everything for 30 min. It’s a great value for what you get. I buy 6 bags at a time, prep, freeze, and then enjoy.

I like to consider myself a pizza snob. I was born and raised in upstate NY where you will find the best in this country. Trust me I know from all the traveling I have done. Speaking of travels, I recently was in Italy for the first time and of course I was on a mission to finally try authentic Italian pizza. When I took my first bite I knew I was ruined for the rest of my life when it came to eating pizza back here in the states. When I did get back I started on a mission of figuring out how I can replicate the amazing pizza I just discovered in Italy. After trying so many different flours and recipes I was not even close to the same pizza.

Then one night Prepa Pizza showed up while I was doom scrolling. I will admit their marketing hooked me and I figured why not. The day came that I finally got around to making the dough using the Prepa Pizza kit. I do want to emphasize that at this point I have been a huge skeptic. I opened up the bag that had the separate packages inside and soon discovered that one of the bags was missing a letter and one had a small tear leaking some flour. Honestly I knew something like that could happen and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what was what by using the process of elimination.

So I made the dough, let it proof and then finally made my first pizza. I was stunned when I pulled it out because finally I made a pizza that looked just like the pizza I discovered in Italy. I brought it inside, sliced it up and started to eat my first Prepa Pizza. I was blown away! I couldn't believe how good it tasted and the texture of the cooked dough was spot on perfect.

Again I am a pizza snob and not easily impressed with other pizzas and all the gimmicks out there with the pizza dough making kits. However Prepa Pizza without a doubt is a must try. Thank you Prepa Pizza for bringing this solution to us. Thank you for the step by step video instructions. Thank you!

I've been a professional chef for 23 years. I have a ceramic grill and routinely do Neapolitan style pizzas, making dough from scratch. I've done deep dish, NY style, you name it. On paper, I'm someone that shouldn't be ordering a pizza crust kit.

That being said, I also have 3 girls, 2 businesses, and a google calendar that never ends. So when it comes time for pizza night, I just don't have it in me to use my brain. Enter: Prepa Pizza.

I love that they have you make a poolish the night before (or morning of). The flavor development from that is crucial. Simply dump 1 packet of dry ingredients, water, plus the honey packet and yeast packet, mix, and put in the fridge.

Next day was just mixing in the rest of the dry, kneading (mixer or by hand), letting it rest, then stretching it and making the pizzas.

Verdict - Amazing crust. Even in a home oven at 500 degrees, this turns out better than any pizza in our city, and as good if not better than when I do it myself from scratch. I'd much rather spend a little money on a foolproof amazing crust and use the rest of my brainpower/manpower for toppings and other stuff (tonight was sautéed shaved brussels sprouts and red onion with maple, gruyere, goat cheese and balsamic).

So I guess take it from someone who knows what real pizza dough is. It's THIS. I'll be ordering and keeping in the pantry so pizza night can happen more often!

Ok I’m in trouble. This pizza dough is amazing and works perfectly in my Ninja Pizza oven. I’ve been making pizza dough a long time and I don’t think I can replicate this ! My husband likes his crispy as you can see but still a thing of beauty. I make mine smaller so can get 6 to 8 pies out of one bag. Still very puffy!

Just tried your dough kit. After years of making my own dough with good success, I thought I’d give it a try. To be honest, I didn’t have high expectations, but I was blown away. It was great.

You’ve got a great product, you should have way more traction than you’re getting.

I got an outdoor pizza oven recently and the struggle was real trying to make a decent pie. Burned crusts, raw crusts…it just wasn’t happening!! I came across a Prepa Pizza ad on Facebook and ordered a crust kit. I started the process on Friday night, intending on making pizza on Saturday, but life got in the way… no worries though! I blocked the dough in the fridge and fired up the oven the next day and finally made perfect pizza!! The videos were so helpful and easy to follow! Making the crust was fun for me! Pre-baking it is genius! I was a little afraid of using parchment paper in my 550 degree oven, but it was fine!! Nothing caught on fire! lol!

I made our first batch of dough yesterday and cooked the pizzas on our Green Mountain Grill with the pizza oven accessory. It turned out perfect! It far surpassed the pre-made store bought dough that we have been using for years.

I’ve tried making my own dough several times and found Prepa’s kit to be easier to put together and great tasting! Highly recommend!

I had a little mixup in my order when it arrived but customer service immediately said they would correct it and also made sure that I EXTRA happy! I was totally impressed with ‘Michael’s’ handling of the situation.
Their product is also deliciously fantastic and easy to prepare.

I made it yesterday for the first time, and I never write reviews, but man, my dough was beyond awesome. I thought it was expensive, but it was worth every penny.

Made 3 pizzas in the Solo Stove yesterday. All were excellent thanks to the crust. The pizza slid right onto the stone in the pizza baker no sticking. Prebaked the crust then loaded on the toppings. I have 3 more but will freeze the dough for a pizza night sometime soon

I'm fairly new at making homemade pizza and this one was delicious. The dough stretched easily and stayed stretched. No bounce back. The flour and semolina they use are top notch. I will purchase again.
